• The Grade 5 Leaving Ceremony is Tuesday June 20th, beginning at 11:00 hrs.
• The Year-end assembly is Thursday June 22, beginning at 13:30 hrs.

• Wordstudy - My assignment is due on Thursday and my test is on Friday.
• Fieldtrip form for June 27th hike and swim went home on Friday. Please return completed form with $2 by Wednesday.

• Math - My area and perimeter page is due next Wednesday.
• French - I am busy learning how to order food in French for our French Café next Tuesday. I wonder how I will dress for this special day?

• Math - Yellow booklet (pages 287, 288) is due Wednesday
• Tiny house draft plans are due Wednesday
• Language Arts - I will be presenting my speech to the class on Tuesday morning. I need to practice my speech aloud at home so that I am prepared. It is not necessary for me to memorize my speech however I need to be very familiar with it so that I do not read word-by-word from my page.
• Yeah, Sports Day is tomorrow! It is helpful if I wear a t-shirt with my team colour.
• Monday is a Professional Development Day.
• Gr 5 students have information about the Leaving Celebration, which needs to be returned along with $10.00 by Thursday June 8th.
• Information about the Classroom garage sale went home today.

• Grade 5 students need to be at RVP tomorrow morning at 6:40 as we will take attendance, then load the bus shortly after for our 7:00 a.m. departure. Students need to bring a lunch, water, light coat, red duotang and pencil in a backpack. Also, students can chat with an adult about the option of bringing an appropriate amount of spending $ for a possible purchase at the museum gift shop or snack.
• Grade 4 students will come to RVP at the usual time, line up at the outside door to the library and check in with Mrs. Peters before heading to your classroom for the day. You will be helping the younger students as well as completing the work assigned by Ms. Ferguson.
• Social Studies tests went home today.
• No wordstudy this week
• My Sports Day team colour for this Friday is _________________.

• Music - I need my recorder and duotang here  on Monday as music is rescheduled for this day only.
• Sports Day is next Friday. I will find out my team t-shirt colour on Monday, whether it is blue, red, green or white.
